Temperament: Hot and Dry
Action(s): Resolvent (Mohallil), Dryness producing agent in wounds (Mujaffif-e-Qurooh), Diuretic and Emmenagogue (Mudirr-e- Baul wa Haiz), Antiseptic (Dafi-e-Taffun)
Theraputic Use(s): Retention of urine and Amenorrhoea (Ehtibas-e-Baul wa Tams), Cervical Lymphadenopathy(Khanazeer), Gonorrhoea(Suzak).
Dose: 2 – 4 g.
